Tool 11 question 3

3. Were there any unexpected outcomes from this program that surprised you?
I know more than I thought I did. I was expecting this to be really hard to learn and try to use. Even though so much of it does not apply to health fitness it is still usable information to communicate with my collegues, be aware of the need to teach digital citizenship, and to know how to communicate with other professionals around the world,

Tool 11 question 2

2. How have you transformed your thinking about the learning that will take place in your classroom? How has your vision for your classroom changed? Are you going to need to make any changes to your classroom to accommodate the 21st Century learner?
I will need more technology ie; itouches and an xbox. We will be using many different apps with the itouches. I am getting an xbox for the kids to use at a station. We can use it for fitness or sport skills improvement. They are moving and learning while having fun!

Tool 11

1. What are your favorite tools you now have in your personal technology toolbox? Briefly describe a particular activity that you will plan for your students using at least one of these new tools.
I will use the animoto more now as a way to lead my students into a lesson. For example, I could set up a slide show of square dancing pictures and videos to introduce square dancing steps and sequences.
I do like the trading cards idea. However, I think it would be time consuming for kids in health fitness. MY goal is have kids moving 60% of the time they are in my class. I think there are some good apps out there that I could use with my kids to keep them moving.
